Lined up, the coffee cups thrown out daily in the U.S. would reach the peak of Mt. Everest over 2000 times!? EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. This contributes nearly 40 million pounds of CO2 and 3 million pounds of waste...daily. 95% of all cups, including recyclable and compostable, still end up in a landfill.

Fantastic menu, friendly staff, nice location relative to Main Street. These folks put a nice spin on the usual sandwich and pastry menu, and it's well done. Best bets: avocado toast, granola, and BLAT.

Absolutely delightful place for breakfast. We had the avocado toast and the BLAT breakfast sandwich. Both were outstanding. If you're passing through town, make a point to eat here.
